DK AV PROJECT | Hybrid Event Concept: Design & Vision

This demo project represents our vision of a high-level hybrid event, entirely conceived, designed, and engineered by the DK AV PROJECT team. This photorealistic 3D simulation demonstrates our ability to seamlessly integrate visual power with technical precision.

VIDEO SYSTEM:

Ultra-High Definition, Zero LatencyFor the plenary area,

we have designed an impactful visual system based on ROE Black Onyx 2.8 mm technology:

Main Stage: 3 large-scale LED walls suspended from professional rigging.

Social & Graphic Borders: 2 additional ground-supported LED screens,

dedicated to live social media feeds and ambient motion graphics.

Signal Management: The entire video chain is engineered for zero latency. The core of the system features a PixelHue P20 presentation switcher connected via fiber optics to a

NovaStar VX1000 Pro sending box. Native integration ensures 100% compatibility,

allowing the entire workflow to be managed through a single, streamlined interface.

AUDIO ENGINEERING: Dante Architecture over Fiber

The audio department is built upon the excellence of d&b audiotechnik:

PA System: Vi8 line array with V-SUBs in a cardioid configuration for impeccable acoustic clarity.

Amplification: 3x D80 amplifiers and a DS10 audio network bridge.

Networking: Full signal distribution via Dante protocol with redundancy, orchestrated through Luminex GigaCore 16xt switches. Transmission occurs over a fiber optic backbone between FOH and backstage.

Mixing is handled by an Allen & Heath Qu-16 digital console.

LIGHTING & NETWORKING: Total Integration

Lighting control is managed by a GrandMA3 console, connected via Art-Net to dedicated nodes backstage. We have optimized the infrastructure using two 4-core multi-core fiber cables, simultaneously carrying Audio, Video, and Lighting signals. This approach minimizes cabling and maximizes operational efficiency.

Lighting Rig: A high-performance combination of Martin Viper Profile,

Robe Spiider, and Robe MegaPointe fixtures.

CONTROL ROOM & ENTERTAINMENT: From Congress to DJ Set

The control room features 4 dedicated workstations managing multimedia content (PPT, Video, Backup) and live streaming for social platforms.

For the After-Show, the system transitions into a high-end Club configuration:

DJ Booth: 2x Pioneer CDJ-3000, Pioneer DJ Mixer, and d&b MAX2 monitoring.

Visual Performance:

A dedicated media server running Resolume Arena for real-time VJ content management.
