Lo Scope of Work definisce in modo chiaro le attività tecniche che possiamo svolgere prima, durante e dopo un progetto AV complesso: system design, architettura dei segnali, LED engineering, documentazione esecutiva, coordinamento fornitori e supervisione onsite.
L’obiettivo è ridurre rischio operativo, errori di coordinamento e criticità tra audio, video, LED, lighting, networking, media server e regia prima che diventino problemi in venue.
The Scope of Work clearly defines the technical activities we can perform before, during and after a complex AV project: system design, signal architecture, LED engineering, executive documentation, supplier coordination and onsite supervision.
The goal is to reduce operational risk, coordination errors and critical issues between audio, video, LED, lighting, networking, media servers and control rooms before they become venue problems.

Montaggio, smontaggio, facchinaggio, movimentazione materiale e crew operativa non sono inclusi automaticamente, salvo richiesta separata.
Il noleggio di LEDWall, audio, luci, regie, mixer, media server, truss, motori o altri materiali tecnici resta una voce separata.
Relazioni di calcolo, verifiche statiche, certificazioni rigging e pratiche strutturali devono essere prodotte da professionisti abilitati.
Errori, ritardi, mancanze, certificazioni o non conformità dei fornitori restano responsabilità dei soggetti incaricati della fornitura.
DK AV PROJECT può coordinare, analizzare e supervisionare il sistema tecnico, ma non sostituisce figure abilitate, fornitori contrattuali o responsabilità legali di terze parti.
To keep responsibilities, roles and expectations clear, some activities are not automatically included in the DK AV PROJECT technical Scope of Work, unless specifically agreed and quoted separately.
Installation, dismantling, handling, material movement and operational crew are not automatically included unless requested separately.
Rental of LED walls, audio, lighting, control systems, mixers, media servers, truss, motors or other technical equipment remains a separate item.
Structural reports, static checks, rigging certifications and structural documentation must be produced by qualified professionals.
Errors, delays, missing items, certifications or supplier non-conformities remain the responsibility of the parties assigned to the supply.
DK AV PROJECT can coordinate, analyze and supervise the technical system, but does not replace qualified professionals, contractual suppliers or third-party legal responsibilities.
